A notebook, not a desk
We write how the city is walked. We do not sell the walk.
Arsenale Inform is named for the state shipyard, the Arsenale, where the Republic built its fleet. The name is a reminder that Venice is a working island, not a stage set. These pages are a gazette. They are not a tourism board and not a garage.
Each article starts with a place you can stand in. We prefer a date, a name and a measurement to an adjective. Italian toponyms stay in Italian. Where a figure moves, such as a boat timetable, we point to the operator instead of freezing a number.
Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons. Authors and licences sit on the image credits page. Fonts are Cormorant Garamond and Karla, self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License. Your browser does not call Google Fonts to draw this page.
We do not take advertising. We do not book parking, hotels or tickets. If a sentence here is wrong, write to info@infotoparkinyou.online.
